self-cracking Back side glass

I was in a phone call, when I have heard a strange sound coming from my Z2. Turning over the phone, I have seen the back side continiously cracking. I have put it on the desk and it has fractured orderly on the whole back glass within a minute.
The phone was used less than 1 months, I have never dropped down, never put it in my pocket.
The service desk said after examination that the reason is "an unknown mechanical demage" however they did not clearify where (on the phone) and what has happend.
They said this was because of the non-intended usage.
Is the calling, email reading and using the browser are non-intended usage?
I am very said about this as really do not know why this has happend.
I am very disappointed! I do not think the Z2 is so lame and I do know that I did not do anything which crackes the glass, therefore I assume this is a device failure. I did not get the warranty and did not get a correct explanation. Could you Please help me?

Sorry to hear that, but you will have to contact your local Xperia Care

The reason I have written to this forum that I did not get "care" from my
Local Xperia care. They did not answer any of my question, just keep
writing the general warranty rules about non-intended usage however I am
sure I used my Z2 intended. I need to know, if I would get it repaired on
my own cost by the official service point , will it cracking again. Is
there a special device issue or just there was a wrong glass? And anyway
why should I pay the reparing if I am sure, I did not do anything with my
phone, and service desk could not tell any clear reason either?

I Googled on my issue and it is not a sole case. Anyway there are long conversations about similar cases in case of Z and Z1 in this Sony blog.

Local Xperia Care assistant was like a robotic. I have received general emails about useless things. No answer came on my questions.
I would not call it "Xperia Care" as noone cares on the real issue.
