Select SIM card pops up after android update

Recently, my phone got updated to Android 5.1.1. After which, frequently I used to get pop up notification asking to choose "select SIM card" option while browsing or suffering. So could any one suggestion what cause a issue and corrective actions...

Sony Xperia C3 dual sim.
