Security issues after update to android 4.1

I have an issue where clicking the emergancy phone call, then backing out of it unlocks my phone!!!! not sure how to fix this but it happens no matter what lock type or security type i put on my phone, personaly I am very disapointed in my sony product it sucks! Seems with updates you lose ringers,message tones,themes, and countless other stuff, Right now I own a phone that IS NOT what i bought because it has been changed so much sucks but ill get over it i spose,couldnt expect sony to be any better than the rest of them right? HOWEVER I need to know how to adress this security issue!

Well, since Android 4.1 (Jellybean) isn't officially released by us yet I guess you have installed some custom firmware. And if you installed a custom firmware I can't really help you sort this out since the software isn't released by us.

how is it not realeased by you "yet" ? My phone was updated THROUGH YOUR SOFTWARE, on my computer after I linked my phone to my comp...... So your saying that sony just makes and sells and oompa loompas do the rest?

Hahaahahahahaaaaaa... Matt, dude. We do not have 4.1 yet... Maybe you're referring to the compilation number?

no idea hahaha i aint a tech nerd or anything, but its says android version 4.1 lol what ever aint gonna get help on this if everyone thinks im nuts hahaha I'll just wait till its "realeased" and find my solution then lol
