Hi,
I'm trying to find out the DLNA capabilities of the apps on my Sola phone. With the Walkman app I'm able to play music on a DLNA renderer on the network, but I cannot find any DLNA servers in that app - only media stored locally on the phone. In the Connected Devices app, I can access my DLNA server and play music from the server locally on the phone, but I cannot send it to a DLNA renderer on the network.
Or is it just me? Is there a way to browse media on my DLNA server and send it to a DLNA renderer in one app?
Also I'm missing the ability to search the DLNA server. From Connected Devices I have only been able to browse the media, which is a bit slow, when you know, what you want.
Is it possible from Walkman to control the sound volume of the DLNA renderer?
Any input on how to optimize the DLNA experience is welcome,
Morten
I use ArkMC app in Android market for DLNA streaming video, photos from my phone to any devices, it's more convenient for me use it
