Please tell me how the phone to add the Russian language?

The phone is z780i.

http://davinciteam.co.uk/Z780_en_index.html One way of doing this, is to flash the phone with a software version which includes the Russian language, using Davinci, although this is likely to void any warranty you have.

Look for the R3DA028 CID 52, Generic Israel version.

Generic Israel means that it's the uncustomised version of the software from this region of the world and therefore free of any network restrictions.
