SE U10i Aino, w580i not working

Hello Sony,

I am Soumik from Mumbai, India.

My First phone was SE w580i and unfortunately it broke into two when a car ran over it after owning it for 3 yrs.

After my first phone got cruched under the wheels of a car I bought the U10i also called as Aino. It lasted for 4 years until recently when I started facing issues. The Phone works fine but the only thing is there is some problem with the speaker. It works on and off. However, the earphones work fine. So I am able to receive calls with them on. But I wanted to get the issue fixed. I had gone back to the retailer from whom I had got it and he said its the problem with the slider strip. He repaired it and returned it back to me but it worked only for a few hours and the same problem started persisting. In the meanwhile I switched on my second SE w580i phone which I had bought out of love and affection I had for my first phone. To my surprise this phone gave me a blank screen after switching on. From the way I understand there is some display problem with the phone, since I am able hear the opening demo video of the phone. Just to clarify, I remove batteries from the handsets when not operational. The second w580i looks as good as new but its display is not functional.

Since both the SE w580i and SE U10i are not working I had to purchase a new handset and yes it was a Sony again. The Xperia ZR. However I want your support for fixing the two phones. Please help.

Regarding your two older models I suggest that you contact your local support team to check if you can have them fixed at a repair center.

Thank you for reply. I will check with the Sony Care centre and get back to you in case the problem persists.
