SE k810i keypad not working

I dropped my mobile SE k810i unfortunately 3 or 4 times because of that I am getting lots of keypad problems.

1. Numbers 1,3 and 6 were completely not working and if I press hard that goes to some other option or not responding.

2. Back key or Return keys is also completely not working and if I press hard results in the same way.

3. Cancel or Delete key(C) and shortcut key also not working and some times works.

4. Some times all other number keys and shut down keys works late by pressing more than one time.

5. I need new panel for my mobile(k810i) were can I find the original panels.

I am ready to service my mobile but I have lots of messages with sentimental value and tell me how to restore messages after service.

please give me solutions for these problems friends.....

http://cnn.cn/shop/sonyericsson-k810i-c-28_337.html Have a look on this link for spares.I would suggest you save your messages on the SIM card as any messages saved on the memory card will be lost following a software update.You can also archive your messages on PC suite, save each one on your PC and you can then transfer them back to your phone as text documents.

                 Thanks for your suggession but make sure that

"If I am transfering the messages to PC suit and is that possible to transfer the same messages with thier originality to my existing SE k810i"

.Further you didnt say anything about kepad problem.Ok anyway I can service my keypad but give me your suggession about message transfering from mobile to PC and back to mobile is that safe and possible or not.Because my mobile is simply at home without servicing for the past one year.So please give your reply or ant other friends can also reply.:smileyconfused:

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/mobilephones/downloads/k810i?cc=gb&lc=en With regard to the keypad problems, you could try updating/re-installing the software with SEUS and/or a phone repair with PC Companion (phone needs to be switched OFF for these procedures).If this doesn't fix them, then it's probably a hardware issue for which you will need a service centre.
