That's not supported by Android, there might be other apps that might be able to do so, check the play store.
Samsung is not pure Android unfortunately, touchwiz has twisted it around like crazy. This has been asked before and some apps offer storing directly to SD like GPS apps.

Moving apps to SD has almost no result as apps data is still stored in internal memory. When you move an app to the SD card, Android will only move the apk-file as described here. This is standard for Android and not specific for Sony devices. The path to the obb is for example known by the app so if you were to move it the app may not find it. An SD card is a volatile storage and the data of those app installed in your SD, will also be affected by security.
You should contact Sony with your suggestion but you need to take this up to Google.
