Hi everyone, I have a Xperia C5 ultra with the latest software version, and it doesn't recognises any sd card. Whenever I insert one, all what it says is "SD card removed, please insert a new one" and that's it, it doesn't works and it's really frustrating. I did two factory resets and a repair via Companion but nothing changed, any ideas?
Repair the phone with XC and report back

Hi @Fandinho, welcome to our forum!
I'm sorry to hear about this.
Did your SD card(s) work in the phone prior to you updating your phone? If they did, are they working in another phone or in a SD card reader?
I'd recommend that you format the card(s) and then try them in your phone again. This will delete all data stored on the SD card so it's important that you backup the data before formatting the card(s), for example to a computer.
Let us know how it went!
I've already repaired via XC and also formatted the SD card and nothing worked. The sd card works perfectly in other android devices and PCs, and I've also tried several SD cards with the same result, so I don't think SD card could be the problem
Hello again!
I agree with @uliwooly here. I'm afraid there isn't anything else to try since you have already tried different SD cards and those SD cards works without any troubles in other phones.
So get in contact with your Local support and they will assist you further with having the phone sent in to an authorized service centre.
