sd card transfer interrupted

Ok I have had my phone for quite a while now and I only seem to have one issue! I cant get my photos videos and music to store to my memory card! I have class 10 16gb memory card. When ever I go to transfer data, straight away it says 'Transfer interrupted. Check your SD card for possibly transferred data'. Nothing is transferred!!!!!!

Are you transferring photos etc from pc or from internal memory of phone to SD card ?

Make sure the memory card isn't encrypted .

Try formatting it in your phone ( settings > storage > erase SD card.

If that doesn't work, try testing that memory card in some other device or probably memory card reader and see if you're able to send data to it.
