SD card not showing right memory space

I have inserted a 128gb memory card inmy z3 and saved loads of apps to it but its still showing 125gb of memory available on the memory card. It was also showing this amount of space before I saved anything on the memory card. Anyone know why its not showing the correct amount of available space?

Apps can be too small to make you notice a difference in card capacity, even large apps leave their large files on internal memory. I think you should try recording a long video or tarnsferring a movie from your PC to SD card and see how storage looks like.
