SD card Mp3 files and pictures not detected

Hi,

After restarting my phone recently, the mp3 files in my SD card are not detected.

I have checked in settings>>Storage >>SD card

It does not display the Audio, Pictures or videos option.

It displays only downloads section.

I have tried unmounting it and restarting multiple times. Please help.

I suggest that you clear data for media storage. Go to settings > apps > all > media storage > clear data. Restart the phone and wait for the phone to index all the media again. 

You could also try to clear data for Walkman and Album.
