SD card memory full error after upgrade to ICS

Hi,

I just upgraded from Android 2.3.4 to 4.0.4.

Since then, I am continuously getting the error message that my card memory is full.

Even after I deletd files from the card, I can see in the 'Storage' menu available space (around 10 MB after I deleted some songs)

But after some time available space automatically becomes 0 KB..

After I move some apps from SD card back to phone memory, again I get free space for some time.

But it automatically again shows 0KB.

I am unable to use camera or any other application as it continuously shows the error 'Memory full. Delete some files from the memory.'

Perhaps there is something wrong with the SD card. Try to connect it your a PC. Move all the content to the PC and then format the SD card. Right click on the SD card in the file explorer on the PC and select to format it or go to settings > storage > delete SD card in phone. Move the content back to the SD card and try to use it again.  However you should clear some more space on the SD card. 10 MB is not that much available space.
