Screenshot function on Xperia V 4.3 unavailability

Just updated my phone's OS from Jelly Beans 4.2 to 4.3,to my dissapointment there is no 'Screenshot' function. I tried searching on google play but I couldn't find anything that works properly. Does anybody know if it's possible to downgrade back to 4.2 If so how would one go about doing the downgrade?

You can still take a screen shot in your Xperia V. Press and hold the power button and volume down at the same time for a few seconds to take a screen shot.
