Phone model: Xperia Z3

Message:
I have had problems with your Display and the glue sealing of the Display ever since purchase. It was in warranty and was done up by you in Sep 2015 and again in a matter of 3 months the problem has recurred. MAY I VERY SPECIFICALLY STATE THAT THERE HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A FALL LET ALONE ANY OTHER DAMAGE TO THE PHONE since it came back from repairs in Sept.

What poor quality product / workmanship is this that the most "Touted" feature of your FLAGSHIP products ie waterproof goes bust every 3 months???????

PLEASE HAVE A RESOLUTION TO THIS FAST....

I'm sorry to hear that but this is a user based forum, you should contact your Local support, you should call them or stop by instead of emailing them.

I wish they would pick up the call, their service centre doesn't have an answer either.

I have looked at all possible places to get the email IDs of the head of customer care / nodal officer but there's no mention of it anywhere.

What a pathetic company Sony has become!

@TRIPTOROY

Have you stopped in person? which country Xperia Care are you trying to get in contact with?

Can you upload some photos?  Which country's service centre?  They probably didn't use proper equipment to seal the phone properly after repair?

Yes I have stopped by and besides that their customer service wrote to me saying they would call, after 3 such assurances no call has happened.

I am talking about Sony Mobile India.

It is a 2mm wide 5mm long slender yellow tinge on the left top of the screen just around the socket where the charger is inserted, the glue of the glass is not there any more too so there's no adhesion. This same problem occurred a few months ago for which they replaced the screen (Aug 2015)... Recurrence happened in January 2016.
