Screen Yellow Spot Problem!

I have a screen problem in my Xperia S, their is a white shadow around all the screen edges that appear all the time and a yellow spot in the bottom that appear and disappear frequently specially when the phone is heated.
And i have bought the phone in Agust 2012 and i'm afraid the warranty don't accept to replace it !
And i'm wondering if i can replace it with another model if i can replace till now?!

Hi Sony xperia support,

I too have the yellow screen problem, and my whole screen is yellow now since it got heaated while charging and turned  yellow, never changed back to normal screen.

Since this happened just one month after my one year warranty period, i fear that this will charge me more else i have to drop using this Sony phone and never buy any of the sony phones.

Warranty  period for any sony mobiles in UK is 2 years, and why is that 1 year in India? Is sony selling us second quality mobiles or are Indians treated with different ranks with Whites and Sony does this warranty period discrimination to us.
