Today theres an automatic software upgrade from lollipop to marshmallow. When the upgrade was done, i cant touch or unlock my phone on the screen. Cant touch all the icons on the screen. What should i do?
There are no automatic updates, that's only available with apps, as for android updates, you have to agree to download and install the update. You might want to contact your Local support regarding this issue.
