Screen turns black

When i make call from my phone the screen automatically goes black and cannot end call by touching screen big problem my phone model is Xperia z

Do you have a screen protector or a flip case?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the proximity sensor

There is no such option like diagnostics

Remove the screen protector > clean/wipe the phone > do NOT reinstall the screen protector > test it w/o the screen protector
