screen touch problem in xperia u

hi i'm from nepal.i also have sony xperia u android 4.0.4 ics .i have touch screen problem .but in nepal we don't have the sony service centre but i still have warrenty vallied .but my phone buy from uk so now what can i do for this problem ?please help me @ sony developers

Can you describe the problem, when it happens, what are the symptoms, what firmware you have installed (Gingerbread or ICS, original or custom), what app's you use when this happens?

Is there a time when this problem does not occur?

Do you have a 3rd party screen protector on the phone? Then try to remove it and see if the touch gets better.

To rule out any software problems I recommend that you try to repair the phone software using the program PC Companion:
