After I updated to 4.2.2. there now appears a screen shot capture soft key  i.e. on pressing the mini app key (Last key in the return key lineup). However, once saved, the screen shot cannot be found in the files. On exporting to another app, the resolution of the shot is VERY POOR. Can any one help?

Try the power button+vol down at the same time.After that,you should find a folder called Pictures-Screenshots.
