Screen shot on Xperia Z after 4.2.2. update

This is my First grivence on this forum. I own a Xperia Z, there was Physical damage which hampered the screen.

I tried reaching out multiple Sony Service Centers, in which the first one informed the phone can't be repaired but  phone will replaced by the company once we pay the Half price of the MRP of the device i.e. RS - 20000.

I got disappointed because whithout look into the device they derectly asked me to pay Rs: 20000 to get a new replacement Device.

Which i dont want,

Just want to know how much is the price for screen replacement,

2. I wnat to know why this is not informed to customer when we buy the device, and where exactly it says that this Phone cannot be repaired.

Perhaps its not only the screen that is damaged but something else, also it seems that its quite expensive to repair the Xperia Z's screen, based on other users
