Hey guys,
I bought a Z2 a few days ago and now am experiencing the following issue:
The touchscreen is a lot too sensitive, it even reacts when I'm just hovering about 1 to 2 mm above the screen. Especially while typing this is extremely annoying.
Did anyone else experience this? Do you have a solution?
I already resetted the phone to factory default, this didn't change a thing.
Please excuse my grammatical errors, english is not my mother tongue.
Open Settings, display, glove mode and turn it off
You could also try going to settings > accessibility and then at the bottom change touch and hold delay to medium or long. It may make a difference
Glove mode is set to off. That was the first thing I checked
Changing the delay doesn't do the trick either.
I have the same problem. I noticed that this is more likely to happen when the device has been active for some time and is charging. Apps start to randomly start and I have no choice but to turn the display off. It's really annoying.
I do not use glove mode and I have set the delay to medium as well but that didnt fix the issue.
I have the same problem , and the problem that the screen freezes for a bit. and the touch function isnt working at all.
Had the phone for a month know att it seems that Z1 had similar problems.
