Screen problems.

Hi guys,i hope someone here could help me out and distinguish the problem for me.

There was a time my phone fell on the floor,after falling the problem started. Like whenever i type for example i press letter "R" later on it will press and hold the R letter even if my finger is off the screen. The other problem is that when i touch the screen sometimes it randomly presses everything like for example,i scroll down the page,it sometimes scrolls up and scrolls down repeatingly. I hope someone could distinguish the problem for me. Thanks guys!

If you have dropped the phone, it may have been damaged by the fall. Have you tried to wipe the screen so there are no dirt or similar that cause the behaviour? Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion to exclude problems related to the software:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

Thank you sir! I'll update you again if this works. and btw sir,ever since the problem triggered,i tried to clean my screen everyday. even like after an hour of getting washed,it happens again. 😕
