I was in the shower testing out the new phone. 8-10 min in the phone screen just went dark. the notification light was working and i could even hear the ringtone when i called my self. the camera is also working with flash but the screen brightness is negligible. All the ports were closed. and I checked the white blocks too and the were still white so there shouldnt be any water damage. but there was condensation in the camera.
I tried holding the volume up button and rebooting and pushing the white button with a pen next to the sim port but still no avail.
Please Help. I was told this would be waterproof. The phone is currently in a box of rice.
