Screen not turning on when recieving message

 I am new to t2 ultra dual. The problem is the screen downt turn on when i recieve a message. only the notification ligh lits up. is this normal in this phone. ps. I enabled notification lights on

It is normal that the display doesn't light up when you are receiving a message/notification. It's only the notification light that lights up.

Yups that's normal if you want the screen to be turned on when receive notification you can try "AcDisplay" apps at play store
