screen not responding

Hello

I have a major problem with my z1 compact. The Screen stopped responding so i turned the phone off to try and reboot it.

But the screen is still not responding after i turn the phone back on so i can't get past the screen lock proctetion and therefor i can't use the repair utility on the PC software.

I tried restarting it in safe mode but the problem still remains. 

How do i go about fixing this?

Download SUS and perform a software repair:

I just downloaded it and used it to update the phone. but the problem remains. In normal mode and safe mode.

Stop by a sony service.
