hi sony team .,.,i cant change screen lock mode to non or slidbar.,.they both are disable with this comment : disabled by administartor, encryptiom policy or credential storage pls help me( i have removed my email account)
Well, the only way for this to happen is if you've added an exchange account on the phone. The policies are set on the server for security reasons.
If you however removed the exchange account from the phone and the options are still disabled, you could try repairing the phone software via PC Companion.
