Like I said, you have 2 options

option 1: keep trying to remember the password

or

option 2: reset your phone: everything will be deleted

If you have MyXperia on your PC access/log in to your myxperia > reset your phone 

or 

use Google Android Manager 

or use SUS

Update Service (SUS)
