About 2 months ago I woke up to find my screen was cracked, I thought this was strange as I hadn't dropped it or done anything to crack the screen. I read up about the common problems of the Z1s screen cracking but didn't try to claim as it wasn't a single fault line it appeared to look like an impact crack even though I hadn't done anything to cause it, after getting a replacement phone which I've had for 2 months I've just found that it has cracked again. Literally an hour ago. I'm on holiday and I have family in the room that saw me use my phone put it on the bed and when I came back to it found it.cracked, but again it looks like an impact crack. What on earth can I do, at this point I'm so annoyed that I'm going to point blank refuse to pay for a replacement if this is what I've got to look forward to in another few months, yet another ridiculous phone bill.
