screen formatting incoming call

Hello,

Just bought a new z1 compact. 

The problem is that during the incoming call screen, the image isn't formatted so the pull up menu is cut. Furthermore, once the menu is pulled up, i can't use any of the items but for the new message.

Any idea what to do?

Can't see you image until it's approved so for now could you upload to for example imageshack or another hosting site and post the link to it

Ok I see what you mean and to be honest I'm not in a position to offer any advice that will or would resolve your issue - Apart from the usual like performing a software repair and checking you have no interfering apps running, So I'd wait for someone who could help you further on this matter - It could be a software bug so any amount of repair won't fix it and hopefully and updates that will be coming will fix this

Of it is a software bug, i shouldn't be alone in this, right? Has anyone had this problem? Google offers no solutions, but maybe I'm searching for this wrong... Any suggestions?

Not seen anyone that I'm aware of but it is still a newly released phone and it's possible members aren't using their phones in the same way you are so haven't noticed

Have you tried settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data?Do you sync your contacts?

I reset to factory settings and reinstalled some of the apps. So far this problem hasn't come back. I'll just try installing all the apps one by one and see if it comes back.

well, it's back

I don't know why, but i think it has something to do with the pre-written reject messages. I can't delete any of them, and i think that once i try to edit them it breaks something. 

I've rebooted the phone again (factory settings) and i'll wait to see if it solves it again.

After that my plan is to try and edit one of the messages again for a controled experiemnt...

upadates as they come.

could anyone with this phone try and delete/edit one of the pre-written reject messages to see if they get that too? it could be a systematic bug... thanks!
