Screen Flickers

Suddenly my Sony Xperia Z Screens start flickering.
it was started from desktop home screen. first its start to flick only texts under the icon like Album, Movies, Walkman, etc. then its start grow slowly by slowly. much my screen is on its increased. after switched off its dissappeard. but again after some minutes its start little by little and increase more inside menu...
so worrily i rebooted it but when i open the flickering has rised.
i try sony companion for repair my phone method and updated. now its slow down to flicker but again its increasing to flicker.
its doesnt seems hardware proble coz when i play some movie even its HD it doesnt flicker a little but only flicker in images and fonts specially.
there are some apps that dont flicker inside it like google play store, facebook, message, and some more but in desktop and menu are very annoyingly flicker line by line. its always start flickering under the icon text.
so what solution i can have for this kind of bug? please give solution quick as possible.

(Note) i dont play games in device much, just play zombie tsunami while bore...

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Is the brightness set to adapt to lighting conditions via Settings > Display > Brightness? If yes, try to remove this setting to see if same behaviour appear.

Otherwise, did you install any application/restored any backup after you did the software repair via PC Companion? You can always try to boot the phone into safe mode to exclude problems related to third party apps:

Mines started flickering to and this is z 4g model it's not light adjustment as it's a different type of flicker

Have you tried to boot the phone into safe mode as I mentioned in my previous post? And have you also tried to repair the phones software via PC Companion?

If the problem persist after testing these steps, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
