Screen doesn't turn on

Hello, I have LT30p almost 2 years now and few days ago i drained my battery and charged, it was working normally few hours and suddenly the screen freeze and shut down. Since that i couldn't turn on my screen. i can hear notification sounds and my alarm, i guess my phone is working. Also it seems charging. I tried every compination. nothing works. the question is this only screen problem or software problem? is anyone had same problem? please help me

You could DIY and replace the LCD, that doesn't warranty that it will work but it'll be cheaper

it is possible that it may be software, you could try a software repair on the handset, however if this does not work, then I can only advise to get the handset to a service agent for repairs.

PC Companion repair instructions.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps
