screen dims and brightens

Why is it my screen dims and brightens when I'm viewing a certain picture or video? I'm sure that I set my screen brightness at manual. It really annoys me.

Do you have X-reality enabled?

X-Reality is disabled. What x-reality do is increase the contrast and sharpens the image or video when viewed in the Albums app, which I don't like also. So I make it sure that it is always disabled.

Also,do you have a screen protector applied?

- X-reality is disabled

- No screen protector

- Did the brightness test, it's disabled

- restart in safe mode and start normal is also done

But somehow , now my screen start flickering ...

Any other help?
