Hi,

I have bought the Xperia Z1 recently.

As soon as I press the call button for a contact, the screen turns off. There were no problems as such earlier.

Please help.

Hi there,

Have you tried to repair/re-install the software since you bought your phone with Sony Update Service or PC Companion so far?

Seems like a software issue.
