Woke up the other morning and my screen had a crack on it
sent it off for repair under warranty Sony replied with We have a quotation for you £123 to fix my screen surely they have to fix it.They were on watchdog for this issue

No way have i cracked the screen i used my phone 4/5 times a day kept it safe.i noticed the crack next morning and messages sony who said send it of to us which i did.then i get told i need to pay xxxx amount to get it fixed total joke considering the amount of complaints about this
I'm not saying you did or did not damage your phone but what I am saying is that you may need to ask for a deadlock letter which will then allow you to seek a 2nd opinion from an independent engineer and if this is found in your favour then you can use this to seek redress or take it to a small claims court who will most likely find in your favour and I am speaking from experience as a UK resident who took Carphone warehouse down the same path and won
