screen coming off z3 compact

My wife took the front screen saver off and the front screen came up with it and will not stick back down. Has anyone else had this problem.

There's no screen saver or film, she pulled out, somehow the digitizer and/or LCD

Did you or your wife applied a protective film? 

How did she removed either the digitizer/LCD ? (the digitizer its glued to the LCD)

We put a tempered glass screen saver on. Went touching it started at corner pulled up screen saver. When it got to outher corner on same side as starting. The front screen popped up came unstuck and now the front screen is flapping at the top and some way down the side.

I do. 

But I did not have any proteccion film it just happend 

I am so angry that I can not use the warranty becouse I am not living in the country where I bouth the phone.
