SCENARIO:
1. I adjust the screen brightness via Settings to e.g. 75% (slider). The phone responds correctly.
2. I use the Application widget to switch off the Backlight. The phone responds correctly (turns darker).
3. I switch on the backlight. Then something unexpectedly happens: the screen brightness turns to maximum.
Using the Automatic checkbox along with the screen brightness slider does not change the situation.
I believe the phone should remember the screen brightness setting? Currently it only does that as long as you don't touch the Backlight switch...
