I have 2 Sony Xperia E C1604. They are good, value for money. The issue I have started facing on both is that if there is an alarm or a phone call, there will be sound & vibration but nothing comes on screen, or sometimes the screen is unresponsive. The call may be dropped ultimately. For alarm, I have to finally remove the battery to turn it off. This is sometines frustrating. I dont have many apps on my mobile. i use only basic apps. Dont even use facebook etc.
What should I do?
