Scratched camera lens

I own a Sony Xperia J, and its been 7 months since I bought it, just yesterday i noticed a scratch on the camera lens. I want to replace it and planning to go to SONY service centre next week and I don't know how much its costs here in Mumbai , India.  Anybody has any ideas??
