Scratch on Xperia Z3 Back Camera

It seems like I got scratch on back camera. Probably it's on screen protection available on camera glass.
Now the questions are :

1) Are you providing any protection for camera glass?
2) Is the glass of Xperia Z3 is scratch proof?

As a matter indeed,yes there is. But it is not just protective cover on camera,it also blocks the UV (or such scientific light waves) that might effect the overall camera performance.

As far as i know Xperia Z3 continues with Z2 back glass and it is indeed scratch poof (for severe scratch cases) but after using my Z2 for almost two years without protective case(i like it bare). I did get some minor scractches which only visible under bright light reflection on the back glass.

Scratches on the camera, they are claiming to be best amongst others for their camera quality and performance. Are you keeding me!!!

I don't understand the comment, the Xperia Z5 its the best camera on the market for a smartphone at the moment, as far as scratches on your Z3's camera there's not much to suggest here, other than to contact your Local support

I can assure you they are not the best camera quality. I have a z2 admittedly it's not the newest model however the camera quality is absolutely shocking and a far as I'm concerned there is no excuse for it. How can they market a device with a '20mp' camera which produces pictures to the sub standard that the device does.

I have multiple Xperias and if you change the camera settings you can get amazing stunning pictures.
