i´ve just bought sbh80 for my xperia l. the problem i´m having is that if I listen to music thru spotify and I answer a call, as soon as i hang up they won´t connect with the phone again. i can see the sbh80 symbol on top of the phones screen so it´s still conected but there´s no sound what so ever. I´ve tried most things, ie turning bluetooth off and on again but it dosent help. I have to restart the phone every single time. that´s not how it´s supposed to work. any suggestions on how to fix this?

I suggest that you try to repair the phone (and possibly the headset as well) software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
I have the same issue with sbh80 after 3 months of use, the sounds crackling and scratching even your phone is in your hands, i already reset the unit at the same time the phone ut doeant work, any solution? It works fine with samsung s5
