SBH80 headphones completely dead!

Hi I got headphones yesterday and switched on and paired with iPhone 4S no problem. Then tried to use them but the headphones appeared to have switched off. Realised I might need to charge so did overnight but still nothing no light, no vibration, no sign of life. I've attempted to reset but still nothing they are completely dead. Any ideas please?

So did you press the button for about 5 seconds?

Yes tried everything as per user guide but completely dead.....the button doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Take the headset back or into a sony service.
