SBH52 Dialling problem

Hi,

As said in the title been trying to use my SBH52 to make a call from the call log. I can select the name and get to the point where the tick sign shows but for the life of me can't then get it to call.

Anyone have any suggestions please?

When you get the tick sign to confirm if you want to call you should press the 'play sign'. If you can't confirm the call, I suggest that you try disable and enable the call log application in SBH52. Open the SBH52 app and go to call log. 

If the problem remains I suggest that you reset the headset and then pair the devices again.

Thanks for the reponse. Got it working, actually was because Skype was kicking in at time of trying to make an outgoing call.

I cannot establish skype + hangout calls (audio/video) with SBH52 i don't know why? Please advise. I have xperia z ultra.

For the record, I had this problem but I solved it in the same way as Dean - by selecting which app I wanted the phone to divert calls to (and selecting "Always" instead of "Just once"). I have no idea how to invoke this manually. It just so happened that this one time when I paired the phone and tried this my phone came up with the screen asking me to choose whereas previously it hadn't. But now that it's set it works perfectly.
