SBH 52 bluetooth driver for windows 7 64 bit

Dear Sony Suuport Representative,

I have baought SBH 52 bluetooth headset one month ago and it is working perfectly fine with my Z ultra, I enjoy using it on daily basis.

The issue that I am facing is that I cannot connect it to my windows 7 PC every time I attempt to do so, windows recognizes the device and attempts paring however the device is not functional beacuae windows does not seem to find the proper driver to allow the device to be functional.

So I am asking if you have any compatable driver that can make my SBH 52 work with windows 7 64 bit.

Sony Mobile does not provide any Bluetooth drivers. It is the maker of that receiver/sender to provide drivers, meaning for a laptop the maker of the laptop and for a USB-bluetooth dongle, the maker of that device. When connecting the headset to Microsoft Windows it will identify all Bluetooth profiles and try to install the drivers for each supported Bluetooth profile.

This means that if you e.g. want to be able to connect and use the A2DP Bluetooth profile, the laptop / Bluetooth adapter have to support that particular Bluetooth profile and the manufacturer of the laptop / Bluetooth adapter must provide drivers.
