Saving Conversations In The PC

Hello friends,
I want to know that is there a way to save conversations in the pc in a way that we can read them through the pc?
i want to do this becoz my xp laggs in a certain conversation bcoz of the numbr of mssges got very much high,and i want dont wan to delete them..:smileyplain:

i ws also searching web for an answer and i found thid software. it also reqires USB debugging. Since still my xp is on GB i cannot try it.:smileyhappy:
