is there anyone that can help me?

i think there are missing files on my satio .

ex.

i can't create a new profile. it just hangs when i click on the menu.

i can't open some file types .

i wanna update my phone but, i don't have a usb cable.

is there any other possible way?

hope you could help me.

i don't want my 35k Php phone to be trashed.

It does sound like you need an update if the phone hangs in the menu - check with your dealer or local Sony Ericsson support to see how to get a cable and/or if it is possible to get the phone updated at a repair shop.

Hi

Satio doesn't suport FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air), you need to connect your phone to the pc and use SE Update Service.

You can buy a cable, it isn't very expensive, or you can get suport from your operator.

Other option is a hard reset. type *#7370# and press the call button to reset your phone. This WILL PROBABLY ERASE ALL DATA FROM YOUR PHONE, like contacts and calendar entries. If it asks for a code, use 0000
