safely remove hardware

my acro s wont launch safely remove hardware when i connect it on my computer thru usb.

and when i launch safely remove hardware manually it shows nothing.

i dont have this problem with my old neo L so im quite bothered.

Do you have the same behavior if you change USB connection mode under settings > Xperia > connectivity > USB connection > change between MSC and MTP.

Have you tried to change USB port on your PC? Different cables?
