safe mode problem on neo v

hi i am prem from india,I am using Xperia Neo v running Android 4.0.4,my Firmware is(4.1.b.0.587) my phone shows Safe mode on left bottom corner(portrait) i cannot remove it please help me i have done factory reset nearly 10 times eventhough i cannot disable it,& i have updated the same version of software(4.1.b.0.587) using update service because of this i cannot run any app if i install app it doesn't shows open option it just hided in menu the installed app icon is just shown as a black box i have no time for going to service centre please help me.....

hi i have done u r solution (switched off & on) more than 20 imes its not responding....u provide some other solution before that u should know i have already tried something

1.Holding volume key while switched on..

2.Holding menu button...

3.Factory reset

4.erasing data of sd card along with factory reset.....

5.updated same software......(4.1.b.0.587)

6.WAITING FOR NEW TRY>>>>

Simply restart your phone i.e switch off and switch on your phone it will be normall again.

you're special kinda retard, aren't you? He did factory reset over 10 times, changed software, and you're still sugesting a simple reboot?

I have the same problem with my neo V and "symphtoms" with apps are the same. Though I cant update software, cause I'm stuck in the stp whre I have to hold back key and connect it to PC, but nothing happens. Trieds it with SEUS, PC companio, no difernce.

Well i'll answer for that... while turning on your phone, if you continously press HOME KEY and ACTION KEY you will get into Safe Mode. Where none of your downloaded apps will work.

So, to get out of Safe Mode, simply reboot your phone. . .!

Try this if you have any other Xperia device.

m also facing the same prob of safe mode i downgraded my neo v to GB then the problem is solved previously i was running JB 4.1.2 on my neo v device my device is rooted with unlock bootloader is there any solun to get rid of safe mode in JB 4.1.2 or ICS then please let me know i had all the actions mentioned in the above comments ....pls help me.

Hi,

Try removing your battery wait for few minutes and try switching it on again...and make sure no key is pressed while the phone is booting up.

I had done the same switching off and on n number of times but the problm isas it is..

Keeping holding the HOME button while switching and dont release till your screen appears.

I tried it and it worked:smileyhappy: just a few Hr's back as I had the same issue.

please make sure no button is damaged. specially volume down button... if the button is damaged the phone will boot into safe mode.
