Hia i recently got my sony experia t a bit wet and had to restart my phone and have saw a safe mode icon on the bottom left corner of my phone, i have restarted and rebooted and have factory reseted it as well still no luck can you please help me.
You have probably got some damage to the volume down key and the phone thinks it's being press down during boot. This will cause the phone to boot in safe mode every time your reboot.
I suggest that you contact your local support team to check if you can have your phone examined and fixed.
