Rubber washer inside my Xperia z1 Charger Cap is removing from charger cap

I bought my z1 one year ago recently I saw the rubber washer inside my charger cap is half removed. How I can proceed this..? What will be it's cost(charger cap)..?

You can also buy the usb port covers online. You can find the set of port covers on amazon for under $10. Try searching z1 usb cover and that should work.
